I recently visited the Cranbourne Store, seeking help about a bath tub grate. The staff we absolutely amazing, kind and knowledgeable. With their help and advice I was able to fix the issue I had. Very greatful for their service.

Attended Reece Plumbing Cranbourne store for help with a toilet seat needing a new anchor point, as being all different sizes the staff member went out of his way to find the seat anchors i required saving me from having to replace the whole seat saving me dollars :) Well done , Happy Customer

Kylie Sinclair was extremely helpful. I went there to choose a sink tap to buy to replace my current one with issues and also to discuss if anything could be be done to fix it (it's 8+ years old and I have no record of receipt). She searched using the plot number and could finally detect the address and the receipt and said I was under the 15-year warranty! She sent an email to Reece's customer care who asked for photos and then sent the replacement within 2/3 days! It was high professionalism and great customer service. Thanks heaps!

My elderly father purchased a new hot water service from Reece Cranbourne. It was delivered within the hour. The plumber recommended to us by Reece actually fixed the issue with the original hot water service and rang Reece who came back to retrieve the purchase & gave full refund. All same day. Kylie, Brian & Mark at Reece along with Cameron the plumber saved an old man much stress. So grateful to you all.

This morning I was on a mission to find a new toilet roll holder. I was warmly greeted by Kylie who had a friendly & calming nature. I immediately felt at ease. Straight away Kylie asked me what I was looking for in the design. Kylie helped me narrow down my options & helped me make a decision based on my needs in no time at all.
